The core blank design of all Infinity rods has never been matched for performance or pure fish playing feel; that much cannot be denied.
When our design team set out to make them even better they combined the knowledge of Danny Fairbrass and Damian Clarke from Korda in the improvement process it.
Surely now it put these rods into the untouchable zone? You decide!
For optimum casting ability the distinct profile and balance of the Magnum Taper is unsurpassed. Now utilising higher grade, low resin carbons within the top section simply enhances the balance and tip speed to a new level.
The loading action of the Magnum Taper compresses from the top into a higher diameter butt section that provides bags of cushion and power. When subjected to large casting loads this blank shape also presents excellent torque resistance enhancing the casting accuracy to a level that is respected by many of the UK’s top carp anglers.
The Magnum Taper features a unique, contoured Daiwa reel seat that is matt finished. Each model is also armed with Fuji SiC guides and a low profile butt grip finished off with a sunburst etched metal butt cap.
