Polaris float, instant depth finder, locks under tension, unlocks as you wind through, shows slide away and lift bites, extremely sensitive, easy to use, deadly effective, use with leger or feeder no stop knots. Makes a great marker for accurate feeding.
How to use:
Step 1 - Simply push your reel line through the 'Frixon' device, there are two holes (small hole lines to 6lb and the large hole for lines to 20lb).
Step 2 - Tie on your feeder or bomb rig (tip -use a snap swivel to aid rapid change of feeders or bombs), do not add any shot between feeder/bomb and float.
Step 3 - Cast the finished rig as normal. You can wind the line through the 'Frixon' to get the perfect casting position.
Step 4 - When the feeder or bomb hits the bottom keep the reel line slack and the Polaris float will surface Tensioning the line locks the float.
Step 5 - Keep the rod tip pointing at the float, then all you need to do is strike!!! |
