Savage Dead Bait Pencil Float with Swivel (Code PRO-71525).
Designed for fishing static baits on the bottom. Use with inline sinkers to keep the trace and bait firmly on the bottom.
As a basic float style rig – bait on the
bottom and the float will disappear under the water when you get a take.
Fish with the float semi-cocked or laying flat on the water (the depth will have to be plumbed to ensure the float sits correctly). This method is so sensitive the float will rise off the water when there is the slightest of pick-ups from the Pike. Perfect when fishing pressured waters because there is hardly any resistance to the fish picking the bait up. |
